果勝過跑步。
這段影片以動畫呈現,動作包括了開合跳、無影凳、伏地挺身、仰臥起坐、踏凳和深蹲等
12個動作,美國運動醫學會的《健康與健身雜誌》提到,這些運動結合有氧運動跟肌力訓
練,組合成「高強度循環訓練」,大約7分鐘,能消耗的熱量比起跑步來得高。
有網友看完回應「我可以每天做到嗎?」「真是太感謝你了」以及「即日起開始實行」,
但也有網友發現,號稱7分鐘運動影片卻達8分多鐘,質疑「這項運動怎麼能強調7分鐘」
